About Jay's Detailing
My name is Jay, I have a serious passion for cars and making them shine! My love for automobiles started at a young age, fueled by a family legacy. My dad also had a passion for cars and spent years restoring modern day classic vehicles from the 80-90s era. I always loved helping him clean cars, and those early experiences sparked something in me.
Over the years, I’ve met countless car enthusiasts at car shows, soaking up their knowledge and admiration for beautiful vehicles. I also spent hours watching professional detailers on YouTube, learning their techniques and tricks. This self-taught passion turned into a business in August 2024, when I officially started washing and detailing cars. Since then, I’ve built a high-standing reputation with my clients, earning their trust through meticulous work.
I’ve even had the pleasure of trying out Noir air fresheners and new fragrances in my clients’ cars, adding that extra touch of luxury. My work has included detailing some truly incredible vehicles, from high-end classic cars to supercars for a client named Landbeast. My journey in car detailing is just beginning. I have an immense passion for cars and detailing, and I’m constantly striving to learn and improve. I’m excited to continue building my business and providing top-notch detailing services to car owners who appreciate true automotive brilliance.
Thanks to my dad’s contacts at a BMW sytner harold hill bodyshop, I had the incredible opportunity to undergo professional training. I completed a comprehensive machine polishing course, learning each stage of the process to achieve a flawless finish. I have also been further trained on GardX paint and interior protection system called ‘Protect X’ which shields paintwork from environmental damage and protect interior fabrics and leather from staining.
